To rent a property, you need to fill out an application form, provide proof of income and employment, and pass a credit check, and FBI BCI background check. Once your application is approved, you will be asked to sign a lease agreement. The entire process depends on how quickly all the information is completed and submitted. 

Tenants are responsible for keeping the rental property clean and in good condition. They are also responsible for reporting any maintenance issues to the property management team within 24hours of the issue. 

You need to give at least 30 days' notice before moving out of a rental property.
