If you have a service emergency requiring immediate attention, please call the main office. (330) 435-8989
What is a service emergency ?
If you have a fire, or there is a fire in a neighboring apartment, call 911.
Call us for emergency service if you have any of the following service emergencies in your apartment:
- Sewage backup
- No electricity
- Water leak
- Door locks not secure (Lock-out service is not an emergency, nor is it permitted)
- Any unsecured entry
- Gas leaks
- Clogged toilet - if only one toilet in apartment
- No heat - if under 50 degrees
- No air conditioning - if above 85 degrees
- No hot water
